I am a current or potential sponsor, what information can you provide to support your case for funding?

In addition, here is our summary financial information. Our financial year is August-July. For the year ending July 2011, we spent £304,180 on meeting our charitable objects. Please see our downloads page to obtain a copy of the Annual ‘Report of the Trustees and Unaudited Financial Statements’ for the current year and preceding years.

We are not a part of the NHS and receive no government funding. Our income is exclusively from three sources only:

- From NHS payments in support of individual children. In these cases, The Movement Centre apply on behalf of the child to their local Primary Care Trust.

- From self-funding by parents. To avoid a delay in seeking PCT funding or where no PCT funding is available then parents can fund privately.

- By application to The Movement Foundation for charitable support. However resources are obviously limited..
